"Best price in this area. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and it was ‘sanitized’ but it still smelled a little stale. But it was okay for the one night. The breakfast consists of bread, muffins, or pancakes in sandwich bags that you can toast or microwave. Yogurt, cereal, etc. Coffee in the lobby was great. I would stay again if my travels take me there. "

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

"The place was very new, clean, awesome pastry company in lobby. Tons of places to eat around the area. Thr room we got was extremely noise all night with cars noises, honking, ambulance noises with our room facing the main road.
