"Only complaint would be that the shower needs improved. It was lacking pressure due to not all the water was directed out the showers head no matter which order we attempted to pull shower toggle up. Then the shower itself was extremely difficult to pull to turn on."

"I have an autistic 5yrld & always worry about noise complaints as shes a sensory seeker & can be quite loud & as well as energetic, especially after a long drive. I made sure to tell the front staff desk about her & to please let me know if anyone says she's too loud. The night worker on Christmas eve was extremely understanding and very polite as well as efficient any time we needed anything. I had that same experience on Christmas morning with the breakfast staff as well as the cleaning...
