"Amazing location, lots of shopping and great food within a walkable distance (0.3-1mi). Only downside was the bathroom products, the soap they provide makes your skin incredibly dry which is terrible in combination with the cold weather. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the last two years but unfortunately this time wasn’t as enjoyable as the last. This had nothing to do with the staff or services, but we were able to hear the people in the adjacent rooms easily and we had repeated issues with loud people in the halls at late hours. We are not especially cranky about these things but the poor sound insulation does need to be addressed-at least on the 24th floor. "

"We were put in the second to the highest floor and had an amazing view of the river and buildings. I hated having to see TRUMP any time I looked out the window!! The door men and valet guys were fun and friendly. Juan at Hoyt's was great as was the blonde server in the evening with the stick figure tattoos on her fingers! I loved that we could have our dogs there. The pet information needs to be updated on the website since the pet beds, bowls, and letters were not in tve room as the info...

They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any request, making my stay seamless. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. "I love the character of old hotels and this one did not disappoint. Pros: we had hot water for showers, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, two onsite restaurants to choose from, and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. We called for room service one night; they were friendly and fast. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were more than generous. I ordered the hummus and the tacos, both appetizers, and I had enough food to feed 4 people! My husband ordered the club sandwich and he, too, could have fed 4 people with the size sandwich and amount fries he got. Cons: the temperature could not be set. It was either heat or nothing. Spend the extra money if you want a room with a view or you’ll be disappointed looking out your window. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "
