"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"

"Our stay at Home2 Suites in Times Square was perfect. The location is excellent, walking distance to many great spots. The staff was nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious for New York. The rooms were also very quiet, we did not hear any noise from the city or from other guests. It suited our family of 3 perfect! "
