"This hotel is very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well there! My biggest complaint was that the available grass for walking my dog was completely nasty! Apparently, there is no one tending to the grounds because the available spots for walking were full of poop! "

"It was a decent stay. The room was not as nice as the pictures online and the shower had cracks in it. The staff was okay but nothing great other than the housekeeper who was very pleasant. I would stay again but would also look for a better option first. "

"Attended a party at th Wiggins Tavern, part of the property and spent the night at the Hotel afterwards. Food at the restaurant was quite good, and the place is clean and a very good value for the money. Probably best place in the Pioneer Valley."

"Property was close to the highway which was convenient and room was clean and up to date. Unfortunately, the traffic could be heard from the highway in the room and the heater was loud. Also, was charged for parking because i booked through Expedia."
