The hotel had things which regular Hiltons and such now seem to lack often. Daily cleaning, nice decor. Plus the fire pits by the river, the hot tubs, the accesible rooms and easy parking were great props.

We had a great stay at the Cliffrose. We had a basic room which was small but adequate. It had a balcony with a "garden" view but we could still see the beautiful cliffs from the balcony. We loved that the hot tub was open 24/7. The pool was warm enough to swim in at night (even in January). One disappointment was that the restaurant was closed the week we were there (1/13-1/20). I booked this place in part for the on site restaurant and room service so that was a bummer. But the hotel does offer free rides to the restaurants in town. We appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Proximity to the park was awesome. There is a walking path from the hotel to the visitor center. The deer on the property were fun to watch. Staff were nice and helpful with recommendations.

The pictures of the rooms in Expedia are nothing like the actual room., The lamp bulbs were out we asked from the moment of arrival for replacement, didn't happen. The rooms are old and dark. Use your money wiser.

Never want to stay at another hotel to visit Zion. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the views were amazing, loved the fire pits, and the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable. It was walking distance to Zion and there are plenty of walkable dining options as well as several close by car. The only disappointment was the hot tub was broken during our stay. We really wanted to soak our sore muscles after our hike.
