"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "Older building with older designs and furnishings. Very interesting layout. Looks like they made the rental on the front side of a bigger building as an afterthought. The master bedroom has a shower built right into the room and a cubby hole with a pull curtain for the commode. There is no range or stove, just a microwave, in the tiny kitchen. The common bathroom was clean looking but had a pretty strong odor, which made me wonder how well it was being cleaned in-between visitors. It was very...
