"Couple. 2 night stay. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Parking was busy and expensive. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but could do with more pillows as there was a gap between the bed and headboard. Windows in room are alarmed so cannot open. Cooling fan in window worked fine. We couldn't work the heater fan in the room. Restroom was clean but small, and sliding door left a gap where the bedroom area was visible. Small TV worked great. Would stay again."

"This property was very nice. Second time staying here. The staff was amazing. The front desk staff was very friendly. Paul in particular remembered us from check-in on our first night. When we came back in the afternoon after being out all day he asked us by name how our day had been at our event. He also recommended activates taking place in Providence. In all my travels I have never had a front desk staff member that friendly or outgoing."
