"What an amazing quiet place to stay. The rooms are cute and well designed with comfort. Has a huge pool to relax. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful with freshly served coffee if your choice. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "The property is beautiful and very unique. However, if you have a baby it would not be the best location as there are stairs. The restaurant has been restored. The restaurant was the horse barn but you cannot tell as the work and decor are beautiful. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"Communication was easy once the booking was made. Fabrizio was friendly and helpful with infomation. The farmhouse is a few kms outside Leuca and it was so peaceful and nice settings. Highly recommend to have dinner at the farmhouse. Wholesome homecooked meals and great value for money. Bought 2L of olive oil from the farm. Wished I had more space in my luggage to buy more. The Olive oil from the farm was excellent!! "
