"Pro’s: •All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly. •The lobby and exterior is beautiful. •The beds and pillows are very comfortable. •I love that there is an extra sink outside of the bathroom area. •The balcony is small but it was perfect for 2 people. •The first room she put us in was on the 4th floor in the nook so all we saw was the blue roof right below us and very little lake view. I ask for a room change and she changed us to the 8th floor (outside of the nook) and the lake view...

"We would recommend Lodge of the Ozarks to anyone visiting Branson. The location was perfect and since its down the strip a little ways the traffic and the noise was minimal. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the hot breakfast buffet was always well stocked with eggs, meats, oatmeal, pancakes, french toast sticks, yogurt and fruit. Plus the hotel staff provided A Customer Service. The only thing that we wish they would provide is coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby but other than that...
