"This property is usually great but this time around we had issues. Didn’t realize room cleaning wasn’t automatically done and wasn’t notified upon arrival. We ran out of towels and were never able to reach front desk or housekeeping by phone, it just rang and rang. Also, rooms were very warm, felt like a sauna!! "

"We were there for the weekend to visit with family. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff at the front desk was amazing. We didn't get her name but she wore the holiday jackets and she made you feel so welcome and went out of her way to greet you and make sure you didn't need anything."

"The best part was the staff. Really nice people and the property was clean. The down side is it needs to be refurbished. It's old and new furniture, new paint and new drapes would make a world of difference. Outside could use some paint also. "
