"I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very kind and professional. My room was very clean and quiet! The restaurant and bar was very nice! We had the pleasure of having Lola take care of us and she went above and beyond to tell us about Western Michigan University. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!!"

"This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. The rooms are so clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. Although the outside noises weren’t too disturbing, the only request I would have is to place white noise machines in the room. "

"Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"
