"The smell in the room was bad enough that I kept the window open all night. The shower head needs to be replaced. There were no rooms available on the first floor as they were remodeling all of them at the same time. WHY. Poor planning. Do one side at a time both second floor rooms and first floor rooms. This property is a disgrace to the Motel 6 chain. Fire the manager!!!!"

"All was great over all. I reserved a single bed room and we ended up with two double beds in a handicap room. Did not appreciate the handicap tub rail. It made it hard to get in and out of the shower, and our bed was small. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hot springs and the rustic charm. The maintenance guy right next to our room 117 was playing a radio kinda loud early in the morning. Banging noise at times. "

"We like the old school motel style with a real door key. We also had 3 small dogs and it was very convenient to just go out the door to walk them without having to go down stairways or elevators. The owners are very nice and personable "

"The budget inn has gotten better it's all new staffed nice on the business side which is good. I honestly cannot blame the owner this isn't a good area. Protect what she worked hard for I respect that. The budget inn has improved they have cleaned thé area gotten new mattresses it always smells clean the towels are folded very nicely bathroom has been painted well cleaned. Always provided coffee and coffee pot. Laundry vicinities. The only thing I would give some advice on is the staff are too...
