"I love this hotel and it is one of my top choices when visiting family in Richmond. The rooms are always clean, the area is great and has plenty of options for food choices and it’s very close to the highway for departure."

"We only had 1 tissue & had no body wash in shower. Shower/toilet room is tight, door literally almost touches toilet. Closet is on smaller side too, but having a separate sitting room is nice. Wish the fridge had a freezer section. Breakfast was nice but missing hot eggs & breakfast meats. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall a clean place. Parking is $8/24 hours. "

"While some of the area was under renovation, it did not affect the quality of our stay. The best part was the unbelievable service we received when checking in. They were super attentive to the needs of my child and tried their best to find some snacks that she could enjoy. The cookies were super delicious and much needed after a long drive. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The area has plenty of options for food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying...

"I was a little concerned w/ this property b/c the reviews were mixed. We were pleasantly surprised at what a good experience we had. The room was a good size with 2 queen beds (some hotels only have doubles). Good size bathroom, large counter, lots of hot water & decent water pressure. The room was quiet, so we were able to get plenty of rest. There were lots of outlets & an adequate # of usb ports. The lobby was clean & the front desk staff were knowledgeable & friendly. We will definitely stay...
