"We liked the historic value of the property. Our room was really very beautiful with brick walls and industrial features. The only problem was it was the room under the lobby. Noisy all night with people talking and walking. The lobby was on the 4th floor and we were on the 3rd floor - right under the lobby. I hate that we were the "lucky" ones to get that room but I'll know better next time. "

"We stayed in the old house across the street from the Inn. This is also a historic property. We couldn't have had a more welcoming arrival, with a great personal tour of the property. The accommodation was a bit shabby in places, but if you embrace the history, it becomes part of the charm. Very cool period furniture, authentic ceiling and wall decoration. "I stayed at the Inn during Savannah’s St Patrick’s weekend and it was great being able to walk just about everywhere. The Inn is old and my room could use a little TLC. Overall it was vey pleasant and I would stay there again. "

"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
