「Very beautiful castle hotel and property. It's on its own island and a free ferry brings you across the small river. Lovely. Food is fantastic. Extensive Breakfast is included (except my cappuccino). Staff is great. Romantic. There are large, modern "cottages" (like townhouses) for families or bigger groups. 」

「Fabulous destination for a break has everything you need great food lots of choice great selection of bars great walks on the property brilliant Golf course and the staff are all amazing. 」

「Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.」

「This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. The rooms were freezing cold no hot water in the morning and we had to leave our coats on while eating in the bar because it was so cold.」

「We had a great family holiday at the hotel. Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. Feel some gesture or acknowledgement from management of the disruption would have been nice. 」
