"This is my "go to" hotel when I visit friends in Memphis. It is close to the airport and mid-town. I can get to the Zoo and Brooks Art Museum in 15 minuets. There is a good Mexican style restaurant next door. The hotel is safe and clean for a reasonable price- breakfast included! "

"Staff was friendly & helpful upon check-in. The lobby, our room, & the grounds were clean. Water was hot & had good pressure. Breakfast was nice-bagels, cereals, waffles, juice. No eggs/bacon or such. Overall it was great for just a short one night stay. Only thing we didn't like was the bed had some sort of metal frame/base that popped when you got in/out of it. "

"You can tell the host and staff are taking very good care of the property and are invested in the providing excellent service to guests. I'm picky about hotels, but I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The location off of the highway was convenient and made it easy to travel around Memphis. The gated parking lot and attentiveness of the front desk staff made me feel safe. They only improvement I would suggest is to heat the pool - it was too cold for my kids to swim in and they LOVE to swim. Also, it would be great if there was a hot tub. The staff were quick to handle requests, like towels & sheets for the pull-out. We loved that the manager came around with fresh baked cookies to offer us. "

"The hotel itself and staff were great. Jefferson street is very unsafe and only two streets down. Other than this the hotel itself was very safe."
