"I have seen the older reviews for this location, but they are now under new ownership, and they have done a lot of remodeling. There is still work being done, but it is much better than older reviews indicate. Also, Blondie's Restaurant, under the same new owner is very good. Portions are large and the prices are good. I did not look forward to going to Shelton, WA in the past, but I may just make a trip through Shelton, just to go here again."

"Really an exceptionally beautiful little spot on the water with easy proximity to downtown Olympia by car - about 15 minutes. This cabin made a one-night business trip into a nice little respite away. Leave even time in between meetings for a beach walk!"

"It was an amazing stay! A perfect place to unwind and visit with family. It is such a cute and comfortable place I was so sad to have to leave. Very clean with kitchen stocked with pots, pans coffee maker, etc. All you need to bring are the groceries! The beds are amazingly comfortable and my husband fell asleep without the need for a sleep aid, which says a lot. The air is crisp and clean, the nights are completely dark as you are nestled between the beautifully high trees of the rain...
