「My biggest complaint was the pool/beach hours, it was very disappointing that the pool closed so early (5-6pm). It would have been nice to enjoy the pool later in the day when you just want to relax at the end of the day. Also other complaint was everything in the room creaked a little bit, the bed was very noisy and the bathroom door was loud too. Other than that we had a great experience with the hotel. 」

「The management is great, they fixed all issues we had and answered all questions. The apartment had a good kitchen, with enough kitchenware and utensils to do simple cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels available. The location is great, one block from the beach and next to a walgreens. Four blocks away is a great supermarket, a publix. The unit could do with a livingroom table. The water pressure in the shower is very low.」

「Pour deux notre appartement était bien adapté. Le minimum est là. Le logement àtait très propre. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous avons enormément marché, tout est à proximité, épicerie, bar, restaurant. Le point négatif: l'appartement n'etait pas comme sur les photos et un peu passé de mode.」

「Отель удобно расположен - в пешеходной доступности пляж. Завтрак традиционный, вкусный. НО! Наш номер располагался на втором этаже, пришлось подниматься туда по крутой лестнице с чемоданом. Лифта нет. Окно номера выходило на технический угол здания. Кондиционер работал очень громко.」

「This is in THE BEST location for Art Deco landmarks, 2 blocks from best of the beach. one block from Washington Trolley, 4 blocks from the channel and South Pointe Park. It's above a top rated cafe,Maman, and right next to swanky Motek restaurant. It is an apartment building with 2 floors of units and the vacant ones get rented out like a hotel. The Elite Penthouse is in serious need of reinvestment. Little things like shower handle coming off (still usable) chipped and peeling paint, no counter...
