"Stayed for one week at Polo towers with my father for his 74th birthday week and had an amazing stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Stay clear of the “concierge desk” as it is time share sales people that won’t take no for an answer. Everyone else at the property were fantastic tho.
