「 Room was a little more dated than others we've stayed in at this hotel but still totally spotless and even though it was a standard double the bed was enormous. Staff were pleasant as always and the food superb fabulous stay.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」

「a quaint old house in lovely grounds. the room we very well kept as was most of the hotel and grounds. the only slight worry was a pungent smell in the corridor between the bar and the rooms which was quite unpleasant. this was only in the ground floor corridor though, not obvious upstairs or in the room or the main hotel. Serve was friendly and efficient. 」

「Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too). Staff were quite friendly and there were a few good options for local cafes and restaurants. It's a good choice and good value. I only stayed...
