"The first thing one notices after stepping out of the taxi upon arrival is the OUTSTANDING service. The entire Staff from the baggage porters to the doormen to the receptionists is clearly devoted to making the guests feel welcome and quickly and efficiently processing them into the system. From start to finish, you will not once detect even the slightest bit of any attitude other than to cheerfully serve. The entire Staff is wonderful (and our American workers can learn a lot of lessons from them…I’m an American and I know.) The room is gorgeous with a lovely view and the hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping are with a money exchange, food court, mini-marts, and shopping for almost any item one might need. If you need to go anywhere, there is a taxi queue at which the wait is no more than 15 seconds, in my experience. Everything is perfect at this hotel. My only complaint would be some rude adult guests who think it’s okay to shout in the hallways outside of others’ rooms at any hour of the night. This is not the fault of the hotel. Funny thing, too…it always seems to be the native English speakers who are prone to this sort of inconsiderate behavior. Anyway, GREAT hotel - book your reservation now!"

"Excellent facilities absolutely wank with early check ins considering it is a airport hotel. The basically want to charge a full days rack rate for say 5/6 hrs If you feel like I did harsh considering that I would be up and gone by 6am the following morning, so potentially no even staying for a 24 hrs period , seems a bit mercenary. But Hey Ho still a lovely hotel "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Park City Hall and was thoroughly impressed. The location is exceptional—perfectly situated with numerous attractions and activities nearby, and it’s highly accessible via public transportation. The staff truly stand out for their warm and attentive service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide selection to cater to various tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend Grand Park City Hall for its convenience, excellent service, and great amenities."

"I have nothing but only great things to say about this hotel! My son who is three, woke up sick at 3 AM and threw up all over our sheets. I called up housekeeping and informed them, and they sent someone up within 10 minutes. They did not charge us extra and for that I’m so thankful. I lost my key card, and informed the reception, and they gave me a new one without any extra charge. The USB ports were not working, call the reception and they sent a technician up very quickly and got it fixed right away. The service given to us was impeccable. All staff were always friendly and always catered to the individual. I will certainly recommend Holiday Inn Katong to our friends and family :) "
