"Hotel was nice, staff were very nice and great value for money for a cheap over night in Brighton. Location was great too, with beach across the rd and the pier almost opposite. My only issue was the shower had very, very weak water pressure dispite being on max and the temperature control was frozen so the water was about room temperature! I only discovered the shower issues in the morning when I got up so not able to complain until I was checking out 30 mins later. Reception were polite and...

"I loved this charming guest house by the sea! Every staff there is friendly and helpful. I told them I was there for work and they were very accommodating in making the stay as relaxing as possible, communicating with me throughout the booking process too. I plan to come back for a proper vacation next time. One thing I will do next time is to book a room facing away from the restaurant/bar, which was quite noisy till late. "

"A real shame as the place should be good however without a toilet door, lights that automatically turn on and light up the room in the middle of the night for 20 mins it really does need some work. Maintenance simply has not been maintained…"
