"My family and I had issues with another property that we booked. I made reservations for 4 bedrooms with Hotel Via that same day and we were accommodated right away. Front desk staff were outstanding. Property was spotless. Amazing and modern rooms. They gave us free bottles of wine. We were able to leave our luggages in property on check out day while we roamed around the city. AT&T park across the street. Walking distance to Chase Center which was such a plus because we watched a Warriors game and was able to walk to and from hotel. Didn’t have to deal with car traffic. Staff were just super helpful and accommodating. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels around the world but this is by far my favorite experience. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!!"
