「Easy check in. Greated by a friendly face with a nice chat about the mural behind the counter. Room was nice especially because the bathroom had a fan for ventilation and antifog mirror which was very nice after showering!! Breakfast options included waffles. Overall recommend a stay here. 」

「The breakfast lady was awesome. She kept the food full even until the last moment it was opened. The hot water on the third floor specifically in room 317 was not consistent in having hot water. The front desk was awesome in our check in and check out. I would definitely use them again when in the area」

「What a treat! This is a place you come back to and just enjoy the grounds. Rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful landscaping surrounding and a quick walk to the on-site restaurants, gardens, and museums. Free breakfast and no pet fees were a huge plus! Would recommend trying to stay in a room that is not on River Rd if street noise bothers you. The road is quite busy and you can hear vehicles driving by at all hours. 」

「Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for...

「This was a very basic hotel, only 2 towels in the room and a sheet thin "comforter". The advertised breakfast was only coffee and juice, no food at all. The housekeeping only took out trash and remade the bed with the same sheets, so the floors became very dirty after 6 days. It was an uncomfortable, cheap, place to stay.」
