"At least we had a place to stay during busy holiday season. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the first hotel i booked. Upon check in, i was not already assigned a room, when the front desk clerk gave me a key, i went to the room and it was trashed, table upside down, dirty dishes, unmade bed.
