"This place is a gem in Oneida County. I normally stay elsewhere, then decided to try something new. My room was clean and smoke free. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and multiple large towels. My only concern with most hotels are the small side sofa/couches contained within each room. "We really enjoy staying here when we visit family members in Hamilton. Our Thanksgiving week-end stay was lovely. All folks who work at the front desk are extremely cordial and helpful. This included with our request for an early check-in and this was cheerfully granted. All other employees are wonderful and our room was freshened each day with great care. "Fun to stay in a place with so much history, literally staying in a museum. Rooms are stunning but be aware that this is a historic mansion so there are some quirks. Bathrooms with 14-foot ceilings take a while to heat up!"
