"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. "We can’t recommend this historic and beautiful place enough! Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top. Having homemade limoncello and fruit/greens directly from the garden for dinner was amazing! We already look forward to visit again! "

"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. "We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
