New York City is one of my favourite places to visit, and I always love staying in different hotels in different areas in the city. While the rooms were small (as most NYC rooms are), it was incredibly comfortable. I had an issue with my card being charged a few times for security deposits, and the staff were so helpful and walked me through the charges and assisted in consolidating and refunding any extra charges. We will definitely add the Arlo NoMad to our list of favourite hotels in Manhattan!
