「The exterior of the buildings have deferred maintenance that is obvious. However, the interiors were very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front room was fabulous! The ocean is just yards away from the porch. Breakfast had a load of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options are limited and close early during the week in Brookings. Great coffee shop in the Harbor, The Bell and Whistle, we highly recommend.」

「This was my first time starting here and it definitely will not be the last that was very friendly for being on the coast it was very clean very little to no rest for mold like most Coastal properties are guaranteed to have and I think my most favorite part is the shower everyone always has very low water pressure very cheap shower head and they have the best water pressure with an amazing shower head. I will be staying here again」
