「100+% meeting expectation. Good beds, room just as in pictures, very clean, excellent location, noisy at evening (as we knew in advance) but not a problem with earplugs. Will come again.」

「Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. 」

「Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road 」

「I was supposed to stay at this hotel with some friends and we had a non-refundable reservation, then we had to cancel the trip due to Covid19 travel restrictions that kicked-in after the reservation was made (from returnees from Croatia, not Slovenia, but Croatia was our next destination) so I asked if we could use the reservation for some other time in the future but the answer was a firm "no".
