「This place is unique where it’s like a mini hotel in the basement of someone’s home. They are very polite and personal. Room was small but all we did was sleep here so it served its purpose for us. We had a bathroom that was detached from the room, which was the only thing I didn’t care for. Also, we got back to the room at 1am and I felt we had to be super quiet compared to a normal hotel.」

「I have never tried to check in and have to dial someone to show up. He then gives me a room key, tells me it might not work, and when we get to the room, it actually does not. Now I had to call him again just to get into the room. Burned out bulbs in the room and nowhere bedside to plug in a phone to charge. Shameful inn!」

「Hotel clean but too much carpet fresh smell in the rooms. Bathroom, bedroom and linens were great. Thank you, Housekeeping! It was a very quiet place to stay. No-smoking hotel but you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway at night. My air conditioner in room 222 never worked correctly - I set it at 68 when I arrived at 430pm - it was hot when I came back at 1015pm. 80 degrees outside! No front desk staff to complain to. Set it down to 62 and finally some cooling by morning.」
