The location is perfect. Right next to the subway, the walk to Times Square is not too far, Macy’s and other stores are also very close. The property was hit and miss. Staying there during winter I was grateful to have a working air conditioner that allowed for both cool and hot air. The servicing of the room was inconsistent - sometimes clean thoroughly sometimes not. Would I stay here again, I probably would. The overall experience was great, same as the location. It’s just that the consistency on the upkeep of the property could be worked on.

Good & friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no cable TV during my stay. It was not good at all because I missed both the men’s semifinal and the women’s final of the Australian Open. Honestly, this was ridiculous. We are in 2025 and it seemed to me we were in the stone age.
