The interior of the room is pretty stylish but the water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway and the way they dealt with it was unsightly. The service at the front desk was good but the breakfast system is hard to see and not worth the price. My friend’s order was forgotten and waited for 40 minutes. Complimentary coffee is very good but I would expect the complimentary bottles of water - regardless of the tap water is potable or not.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to Orchard Road and lots of dining and shopping options. But the hotel itself had a wonderful breakfast, the hotel next door had a nice cocktail bar with live music. The Quincy's pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna on the 12th floor has wonderful views and is a great place to take a midday break or wind down at the end of a day. The staff was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were brilliant - we had a late flight and they allowed us to use shower facilities after a long day. Staff all very friendly and the service is excellent. Serving breakfast so late is a real bonus too.

The hotel is a little tired and I did find the rooms to smell slightly damp.This could be due to humidity and maintenance. The staff were amazing though, and did everything to make my stay comfortable. I would give it a 5 star for the service.
