"What a gem - from the outside, absolutely nothing special, but inside a delight. Fairly compact room but the high ceiling made it feel spacious. Very clean and an excellent shower. Friendly welcome, despite our limited French and the staff member's limited English - also very helpful in explaining the Sunday parking tariff outside the hotel. Good breakfast too. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a stay in Lens."

"A wonderfully located mezzanine flat. The flat is very stylishly decorated and had all the amenities we needed, with a lovely bathroom. The location is perfect, very central and right off a main street. We couldn't hear anything and we slept with the windows open. Just to be aware for other guests, the stairs are quite steep and the bedrooms are connected, is essentially a studio flat with two mezzanine levels. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. "

Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...
