"We stayed for two nights for the Louder than Life festival. The room was very nice and clean. We were greeted kindly by the woman at the front when we checked in after 11pm. The process was very quick ans simple. The only thing we had an issue with was the lack of warm water in the shower. The sinks had hot water, but we couldn't get the shower to warm up. We didn't have a big issue with this and figured it was probably because they were completely sold out of rooms."

"My daughter enjoyed the pool on a warm night. Breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast attendant was very helpful. I use a walker to move around. She helped transport my food. "

"Phone did not work in our room and they were replacing tvs early in the morning and just came in, but overall, it is a nice hotel and convenient to many restaurants and stores in the area. "
