"We stay here for State wrestling, last 3 years. There is a washer and dryer in rooms. And refrigerator and stove. Its like your own apartment for the trip. Its always very clean and comfortable. Now we will be staying for softball here. This will also be are go to place for Topeka. Its wonderful for families!!("

"They have been closed since September. That would've been nice to know before I booked my stay in October for a December check-in. Thankfully, Expedia refunded me. @Expedia, you should take this place off of the booking site."

"These are billed as cabins but only the setting is rustic. Up to date spacious rooms that are airy and light. Clearly designed for outdoor living, eating and relaxing spaces are outside but the bathroom and main room are large and comfortable. Secure as well. The cabins are a bit remote but the directions from the staff are clear, and although we never met in person they were very responsive. The only disturbance, was the train traffic about a mile away but only a problem for light sleepers. "

"One of our reps stayed at this hotel for an event. Never again!! The place is a disaster with drug deals and other criminal behavior going on in the parking lot!!"

"Pulled into the parking no signs lighting was poor. The loby was extremely dirty and smelled very bad. Very poor conditions. Did not stay ."
