"This hotel has been our home while we are in Tokyo. The staff are very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, location is super convenient! Right across the street from Ikebukuro station. Lots of dining and shopping options in the many department stores located in the train station. Also a huge plus for us is the Airport Limousine Bus service which drops us off and picks us up to and from the Haneda airport. "

"Spent 11 days here, Fresh towels daily and cleaning every 3 days. Right across the street from the Oedo Line which is one that traveled to most of my destinations for the entire stay. Family mart across the street for late night snacks as well. Restaurant downstairs had buffet breakfast option daily and bar was open till about midnight with last call at 11:30pm. "

"Hip hotel in a great neighbourhood. Live DJ booth mixing the lobby music, they sold local craft beer at the front desk, and I didn't eat at the cafe, but it seemed to be kind of farm-to-table. Just stayed 1 night but wish I'd been there longer tbh."

"The only reason i didn't enjoyed my stayed was the AC. I was not able to controlled it this, led me to wake up every night. They have a small knob but this only blows a little air."

" I stayed at this hotel twice for the Tokyo Marathon, and both experiences were great. Last year, I stayed with my family, and we had a pleasant time. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was how they kindly held onto my ASICS marathon pack for me, that was really thoughtful! However, the breakfast menu could use a bit of improvement. While it was decent, I think there’s room for a wider variety of options to make it even...

"Their staff are friendly. Shinjuku is great spot especially if you like nightlife because some restaurants don't close early, you can still eat even at midnight.. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that it's too small and there's no microwave. Overall still I will recommend this hotel very quite and clean. Thank you. "

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome

"We had absolutely stunning views of Tokyo from our room. The room was elegant and clean. You have to take an elevator up to get to the lobby of the hotel. Finding that the first time was a bit tricky but it was worth it!"

"This is the first time, that my wife and I have stayed in this hotel. The hotel's location is great, only 3 stations by train to Tokyo, and the train station is only a few minutes away on foot. The onsen is really good, and relaxing to have. One of the best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by your wonderful staff. Many oyf them were non-Japanese, but yet display the quintessential unique way of Japanese hospitality. They should be strongly praised for their great work. Of course their manager should also be highly priased for training the staff so well. We hope to return to the hotel very soon. Thank you."
