"Customer service was wonderful. When we checked in at night the woman at the front was super friendly and allowed our daughter to ring the bell. In the morning for some reason our key cards stopped working and they quickly resolved the issue and were again extremely friendly. The guy cleaning our room also noticed my husband left his hat and ran out to come give it to him. Some things could have been a bit cleaner, e.g., the TV remote was nasty so I wiped that down with a WetOne, and along the tub in the bathroom were some small hairs…it looked maybe like a man had given himself a haircut. "

"Great experience all around. Easy check in, clean room, heat/air conditioning worked perfectly, no issue getting hot water in the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient - and the coffee available in the lobby was an added bonus! The hotel was also conveniently located near a number of shopping centers that were either walkable or a short car ride (5 min). Would definitely book again if I'm in the area."
