"Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Shinjuku station with Exit 4 (stairs only) basically across the street, enabling quick access to much of Tokyo. I appreciated the bathtub and included bath salts. Water machines with hot water are located on each floor's hallway which makes it easy to make tea or instant noodles. Umbrellas were out and accessible for quick use. Employees were friendly. Entrance and layout of the ground floor is quite confusing and I never quite got used to it. Breakfast had very few vegetarian/vegan options, but allergens were clearly labeled. No pool/spa despite the 4 star rating."
