"It was a wonderful view, the staff was very polite, specially “Santiago”, who spoke English, Spanish and French, he was very nice. Our only observation is that WiFi can be improved, it didn’t work in our room. Everything was very clean and food delicious. "

"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "
