"We only stayed in Otaru for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We got there early so they held our luggage for us and delivered it to our room while we were out. They even gave us umbrellas to use when they realized we didn’t have one. There is a Family Mart, shops, and places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Bonus, they also have 2 washer/dryer machines and an ice machine on the second floor. "

"The scenery was nice, but the sound of cars driving along the canal in the morning was quite loud. It was a shame that we could hear a lot of machinery noise. The bath was very nice, as it offered a great view. The breakfast was also quite good."

"This was a lovely stay in Otaru. Pleasant staff and our room was unexpectedly ready early (rare in Hokkaido). The free wine in the lounge is a lovely perk. Rooms are small but functional with hot water showers. Could use a bit more storage in the bathroom, but we made it work. Staff are all friendly and the breakfasts were massive and delicious. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Nice place! The front desk wasn’t very helpful with our parking needs even though we requested it beforehand. Other than that it was very easy."

"Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice. "
