"1) Room AC Not cold enough. 2) Staff asked me to park behind the hotel. That alley looked dangerous. I don’t want to take the chance. So I parked at the public parking, I didn’t display any parking coupon. Maybe I’m lucky because no ticket was issued by any authorities. Most of the staffs there are Indian immigrant workers. No issues with that. They were alright and nice mannered. Totally no issues👌. Rooms are squeaky clean👌. Toilets are very clean totally not any stains. Only thing is there...

"Good experience..but the tv cannot watching any channel just only can listen to the radio from the tv..i think should upgrade the channel..n if can put a microwave is more better...the staff very helpful when i ask something...overall is good..will repeated stay here.."

"Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. "
