「I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. 」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other...

「櫃台人員很友善的介紹景點，每天也都會準備一些小點及咖啡在一樓櫃台附近，覺得很貼心套房式的房間維持的相當乾淨，家具、床組都保持得很好，住了三天睡起來很舒適。地理位子很好，晚上吃東西或是逛街都方便。到處都有暖爐，讓你不管走到哪~都可以很舒服的窩著唯一的缺點就是離開時趕時間要搭火車，但櫃台服務人員正好在接待一組新客人，等了一陣子讓我們很緊張，這部分~可以多些彈性」

「É muitoooo lindo o espaço, mais bonito que nas fotos, é super espaçoso, enorme, tranquilo. Fica bem distante do centro, mas quando aluguei já sabia. É uma área industrial, com muitas fábricas, containers e caminhões. Tem estacionamento na rua, mas todos os dias de manhã ou de noite não tinham vagas livres. Pagamos o estacionamento da propriedade (já saibam que precisa falar antes com eles porque precisa de um app para se cadastrar abrir e fechar). Tem o nome hotel mas a recepcionista só fica lá...
