"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "
