"The check-in was troublesome. The clerk insisted because we had a late check in after midnight that this somehow voided the prepaid room and was insisting that we pay for another room and seek a refund from for the prepaid nonrefundable room. Very disappointed I don't think the clerk was actually well trained. I certainly would like to have someone get back with me on this."

" Lots of things for the kids to do . The fire pits were great for s’mores . Friendly staff. Very spacious rooms with kitchens that allows you cook if you wanted ! Only thing that would of made better would be the water in outdoor water park be warmer for this time of year but understandable . Will stay there every time we go to pigeon forge area "

"We have all stayed in rooms that only had one or two outlets. Always in places inconvenient. My room had nine. Four near the head of the bed. Three around the desk and two more around the bed. I was near the end of the hall but my laptop still showed 97% for the wireless. The room was very clean and the bathroom had more than enough towels and washcloths for my stay. The water got hot very quickly and the water pressure was unexpectedly high. Breakfast was the standard fare for the area. Biscuits and gravy,scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, and cold cereal. The 24 hour a day coffee was a nice touch. Even though it is right on the parkway, the room as very quiet. It was a very pleasent stay and I would stay there again."
