"This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled. They offered me a property for 15 hrs. My original reservation was for 5 days. I ending up declining and driving back home which was a 5 hr drive. Horrible people. Comfortable and cozy space close to UMD College Pa

"I was at the hotel attending a conference with myself and colleagues. Check in with seamless and the front desk staff were most helpful. The room was comfortable and sizable. Easy to navigate. However the closet door handle appear to be hanging off it was a little difficult to close the closet door after using the iron and ironing board. Other than that the space was clean, comfortable, and warm. It meant the needs of myself and colleagues while in town. Easily accessible to University of Maryland College Park, and surrounding highways."
