「l'appartement était très confortable, mais ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos du site de réservation. On m'avait vendu un appartement avec plusieurs pièces et j'ai eu un studio. L'établissement n'a pas répondu à mon message de questionnement. En autre point négatif, il y a eu une alarme incendie un des soirs vers 22 heures. 「This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!」

「The staff and rooms are excellent, showers are a delight to use. Not much extras provided, you have to pay for everything you may consume from the room fridge. However please be advised the street in front of the hotel is a tourist party street and music goes on from the bar downstairs until late night. The double soundproof windows filternout most of the noise and earbuds are provided, but it can still be an issue for very light sleepers.」
