This is NOT a remodeled, glamorous log cabin from a hallmark movie. This place is quaint, simple, and basic, think European bed and breakfast. It was super clean, all the amenities worked. "I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"
