"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Catarina. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Food is available in the evening by arrangement and was absolutely delicious. "De l’extérieur, l’hôtel déçoit par son apparence, qui ne reflète pas les attentes d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Heureusement, le personnel est globalement agréable et serviable. Le véritable point fort réside dans la beauté et le confort des chambres, qui sont impeccables. En revanche, le spa est une déception : petit, avec un accès limité à une heure par jour, ce qui semble insuffisant compte tenu du prix du séjour. La piscine, quant à elle, est trop chlorée, ce qui peut être inconfortable...

"This property is well located. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. The room is a good size with sufficient room for luggage. We love the breakfast, not elaborate but plenty adequate. We love the staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Glad we found this place. "

"Exactly what we wanted in a small provincial authentic setting, excellent location for lake access, shopping, eating out & public transportation. Priced right. Our only complaint was there was no English speaking TV channels "

"Amélie and her husband were so helpful and friendly! Coming to the property you have to go through "terminal" that are posts that block your way. There is a call button to get the posts lowered, and we had trouble finding that. Everything else was fine. Due to my bad back, the flights of stairs were tough. I wish there was a lift. But everything was so clean and the town of Annecy is so beautiful! Great hotel!"

"It was a nice room. I thought I booked a canal view but it was street view. The room had some smell once I got inside. But then after I kept the balcony door open for a bit, it was gone and no more smell in the evening. The location is very central. So, I didn’t use any means of transportation, as I walked everywhere. They offer free tea/coffee at the dining area on the GF level. It’s a small boutique hotel. There’s no lift, so, accessibility may be an issue. I’d recommend this hotel. "
