"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

Expedia did not take responsibility for their error and ignored our complaints, they did not give us any compensation that they promised, nor did they assume to cover the monetary difference with another reservation that we had to make at the last minute as they told us. "It was small, but for us it was perfect. Had everything we needed for a nice lil getaway. Clean, safe & beautiful Sunsets right off the balcony. Only 2 levels so easily accessible. I wish we would've had loungers & Umbrella Oceanside. Had alotfor our use, just not on the Sand, we purchased camping chairs at Walmart to carry Oceanside. I definitely would stay again!!"

There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. "The location was central to where I wanted to be. It was quiet and is in process of renovations, so it was nice. The kitchen cabinets, fridge front and top were in need of serious cleaning.Thencommjnication was pretty cut and dry and was not a lot of willingness to try and help. "

"It was a fun place to stay. The location was great and was easy to get a chair on the beach. They had most of the property back in great shape after last year's hurricanes. The only thing was that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working making long waits if you wanted to use them. Was not a huge deal since we used the stairs since we were only on the 4th floor. "

A great stay at a beautiful hotel

"We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 3 after our Disney world trip. We rested and enjoyed everything this hotel offered. Our room was always well stocked and cleaned and we really appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate in our room for sitting on our balcony watching the sunset or sunrise We would love to visit again. Don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy some quality rest at this hotel. "
